By accessing our website or engaging with Powergent Consultancy Services for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Powergent Consultancy Services provides mechanical design, structural engineering, AutoCAD drafting, boiler engineering, power plant consultancy, and related technical services to clients across national and international projects.
All services are governed by a formal project agreement or work order mutually signed by both parties. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing shall be clearly defined in each individual agreement before commencement of any project.
Payments must be made as per the schedule outlined in the project agreement. Powergent reserves the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables in the event of non-payment or delayed payments. Outstanding amounts may attract applicable charges as mutually agreed.
All drawings, designs, engineering reports, calculations, and documents prepared by Powergent remain the intellectual property of Powergent Consultancy Services until full payment is received. Ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client upon completion of payment as specified in the agreement.
Both Powergent and the client agree to keep all shared technical, business, and proprietary information strictly confidential. No confidential data shall be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the other party, except as required by applicable law.
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely data, approvals, and inputs required for project execution. Powergent shall not be held liable for any errors, delays, or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
Minor revisions within the agreed project scope will be addressed at no extra cost. Any changes that expand the scope, alter design requirements, or affect deliverables will be treated as a formal change request and may involve additional time and cost, to be agreed in writing by both parties.
Powergent Consultancy Services shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project concerned.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
